Conjunctions –“AND” ,” OR”

(a) เราจะใช้ “AND”  เพื่อเชื่อมสองสิ่งขึ้นไป โดย verb จะต้องเป็น พหูพจน์

ตัวอย่างเช่น :  John and Mary are friends.                     

  The elephant and the tiger are large animals.

(b) เราจะใช้ “AND”  พูดถึงบุคคล หรือ สิ่งของ โดยขยายคุณลักษณะของบุคคล หรือ สิ่งของนั้นๆ

ตัวอย่างเช่น : The police officer is brave and kind.

                    The soldier is tall and young.

(c) เราจะใช้ “OR” เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่า ให้เลือกสิ่งของอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง จากของสองสิ่งที่มีอยู่

ตัวอย่างเช่น : You can have roast chicken or friend fish.

                    Which toy do you want, the plastic boat or the wooden train?
